There was no hesitation on my part, as I knew about what I wanted anyway, having owned an Accord before. Jeff continually dropped in and kept me updated as I waited in the waiting area for a finance person to finish up and take me in, not leaving me wondering how long I was going to wait. Even though Jeff was involved in several things at the same time, I did not feel like I was being pushed aside. My kids also loved the ice cream, of course. At all times from start to finish I felt I was getting what I wanted, the dealer was not pressuring me, and I drove off assured that I got a good deal, a good car, and the promise of service should anything come up.
