He was very helpful during our test drive and went way above and beyond to explain various features of the car when we actually bought it. He offered additional help if we need it after we get home and drive the car, and we would feel very comfortable taking him up on this offer. He made us feel more like friends than customers. Also, the Finance Manager, Jason Galeski, was very professional. After he explained the extra 7 year warranty which we declined, he accepted our decision without any pressure. We appreciated that.
