Our Experience at Bommarito We emailed with Milan for a week or so before going in. I owned a Pilot, but was thinking of going to a smaller SUV with better gas mileage. Of course, when I showed interest, I had a few different sales people from different dealerships contact me. I actually wanted to stay loyal to where I bought the Pilot, but I never felt great about the way I was treated in the first process. This time, Milan emailed back and forth with me and even though Bommarito is farther in distance from us, I decided to make the trip out there. I liked his genuine, honest manner and decided to go take a look. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for. He provided the best deal on a CRV Touring SUV. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. We never haggled. We never felt lied to or "tricked". It was amazingly simple and refreshing. Jim in the finance department was also very nice. They both listened to us and made sure we were happy. Thank you, guys. We'd definitely come back and recommend you. Thanks! More

Excellent Customer Care I bought my CRV in January 2009 & was offered a 'No Risk Guarantee Refund' extended warranty, meaning if I didn't use the warranty, I'd get a refund f I bought my CRV in January 2009 & was offered a 'No Risk Guarantee Refund' extended warranty, meaning if I didn't use the warranty, I'd get a refund for its cost. I really doubted I'd get a refund, but decided to buy it anyway. Well, I was wrong; today I received a check for the total cost of the warranty. Great customer care!! More
