Good Experienc This dealership had a large selection of quality certified used cars. They appeared to be advertised at a fairly reasonable price and everything went This dealership had a large selection of quality certified used cars. They appeared to be advertised at a fairly reasonable price and everything went smoothly once we decided to purchase. For example, we had to return for the second key and a very minor scratch repair. Our salesperson asked us to call on a certain day to schedule a time to stop by. He returned the call promptly and the appointment was scheduled and taken care of that day as planned. Both the salesperson and the finance person treated us cordially and took the time to answer any questions asked. I would recommend them to family and friends However, I have only two concerns: 1) The $199.00 "processing" fee on the credit application is misleading. It first appears as if this is a standard state required fee; I only realized that it is not after reading the paperwork at home. The next time I will ask the salesperson to step away while I take my time completing and reading the application without the extra chit chat. If I had known I probably would have insisted that this fee be waived. 2) When going over options, the finance person did not mention that a $100 deductible would apply to the warranty he was selling. If my husband would not have noticed it, we probably would have never known. It has been a long time since we bought a car. I will keep these things in mind for next time. More

We had many questions and were quite indecisive on wether we wanted a 5 or 7 passenger SUV and he gave us time by ourselves to discuss and make a decision only offering suggestions when asked.
