New 2016 Honda Pilot We searched hard to get one of the last 2015 Pilots and they sold out quick when the new redesigned 2016's came out. We traded our 2011 Pilot for a 20 We searched hard to get one of the last 2015 Pilots and they sold out quick when the new redesigned 2016's came out. We traded our 2011 Pilot for a 2016 model and we were not disappointed. The first thing you notice after the new good looks is the extra horse power it has. Jeff Dales sold us our 2011 and it proved to be a great family vehicle. We have already towed our bass boat with our new Pilot and its like it wasn't even behind us. We will continue to buy our vehicles at Bommarito as this was our fourth. Thanks Jeff and Bommarito staff for a great deal! Mike and Linda Pitts More

Poor service experience I took my car in and told the service advisor that my oil light was coming on. I was in between oil changes so I asked if they could check my oil. I w I took my car in and told the service advisor that my oil light was coming on. I was in between oil changes so I asked if they could check my oil. I was told they would take care of it and it shouldn't be long. I went into the office area to ask a question and could see my car from there. I saw the guy lift the hood of my car and pull the dip stick out. I stopped looking but within a minute another guy was driving my car up front. He walked in and handed me my key. No one came and told me whether or not my oil was low. I went and asked the service advisor and he told me the guy said it was a quart low. I then asked if they added a quart. He told me he would check. He walked over to the guy that checked my car, then walked over to the guy who brought me my key then came and asked me for the key back. He told me they only checked it nothing was added. Of course I was very upset that I had to ask for oil to be put in my car and no one came to even tell me it was low. More

The car will be predominantly be used by our 17 year old daughter as her car for college and beyond. Our sales consultant Sean Sage was incredibly accommodating and great to work with. We arrived at the dealership on a Monday evening about an hour before closing, had a test drive, negotiated a deal and had a deal done all before that our elapsed. We returned with the trade on Saturday, signed a few papers and left with the car. I would say that our total time at the dealership was probably 1 and a half hours over these two visits. More

Excellent Team Experience I have been looking for a replacement for my 2004 which was totaled out by the insurance company. My check with the BBB showed that Bommorito Honda had an A+ rating. When I visited the dealership I was introduced to Don Scheffler. I began looking at pre-owned and Don mentioned the incentives on the 2015 models. He showed me a couple of new Odesseys and with the price discounts and low interest rates it seemed like that was the best deal.. I chose the model that I wanted and decided to buy it. I then was introduced to Guy Taylor who did the paperwork. Guy was efficient and friendly and finished the process quickly. My daughter is looking for a car and I recommended that she should go see Don Scheffler at Bommorito Honda because I and confident the he will take good care of her. More
