BUYER BEWARE – 2015 HONDA CIVIC LX – SWIRLS IN THE PAINT – NO SATISFACTION This car is Black, it had swirls marks in the paint, have taken it back 5 times. The 5th time they completely ruined the car, buff marks from the hood, down the driver side to the back of the car. Matt the sales manager saw the hood, “nothing we can do, it’s is a black car”. Told him about the side of the car, “contact the Honda rep”, was his reply. GOOD LUCK TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS DEALING WITH BOMMARIATO HONDA. UPDATE - I emailed the Internet Director (Anthony Bartioli) about this problem and the next day Milan contacted be via telephone stating they wanted to make me completely happy. After working through a couple of issue they agreed to replace this vehicle. I only have the deepest respect for Bommarito Honda's upper management. I am the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot EXL, purchased new from Bommarito Honda. It was the best car-buying experience of my 45 years of driving! I was treated like royalty, given a great deal and left confident I had made the right choice of vehicle, but more importantly - dealer! I had to replace a tire last year due to a nail in the sidewall. I shopped around and Bommarito offered the best price. I arrived in the customer receiving area, explained the purpose of my visit and was out the door in a little over an hour with a new tire and a freshly washed vehicle! This past Saturday, I needed my Pilot emissions-tested for license plate renewal. I entered the receiving area and was treated with the same level of class and professionalism that I encounter every time I visit this dealership. I enjoyed a great cup of fresh coffee in the comfortable customer waiting area and was out the door in 30 minutes, again with a freshly washed vehicle. Every visit is a positive experience! We bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey and it was very hard pill to swallow going into "minivan Mom" mode, but our salesman, Walter, was extremely patient and helpful while we made the decision. He was not ever pushy with us. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade & we were so impressed by the service of all the departments. Definitely happy with everything and it was worth the drive!
