We bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey and it was very hard pill to swallow going into "minivan Mom" mode, but our salesman, Walter, was extremely patient and helpful while we made the decision. He was not ever pushy with us. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade & we were so impressed by the service of all the departments. Definitely happy with everything and it was worth the drive! Great Overall Experience We had an aging minivan so it was time to find something used but pretty new. I scoured the internet for a great deal on a 2-3 year old minivan. I checked Craigslist, Carsoup, Cargurus, Autotrader, and even eBay. I came across this 2012 Chrylser Town and Country on the Bommarito Honda website and immediately emailed for more information. Michael contacted me back right away, and since the listing was new and there were no pictures, he went out and took a few and emailed me back with them. My wife and I went out to look at it later that day and we were super impressed with the price, condition, and the dealership so we purchased it and have been very happy with our purchase. We don't buy a lot of cars so it's been a long time since I've worked with a dealer and I was very happy with how we were treated. There were no high pressure tactics or lots of back and forth on price, and that made me happy as those are not things I want to deal with. Throughout this process, Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very upfront about the information he had. I just got a great feeling from Michael and felt good about the whole process. As far as finance of the vehicle, we paid cash but in the end, we decided to buy an extended warranty which is something we don't normally do but for piece of mind and the ability for us to get half of our money back if we don't use it, we thought it was a great idea. Jason explained the different options and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. In the end, I felt we got the right warranty at a great price so I don't have to worry about anything for a while. The dealership itself has it all figured out as they say. They had a place for the kids, some ice cream to keep them happy (and me and my wife), and everyone there was polite and made us feel welcome. I had 2 employees that were moving cars around hold the door for us on different occasions. There's a reason Bommarito is a big name in this business and now I know first hand why. Great products, great customer service, and a great price. We;re going on a couple trips this summer and fall, and with this new van, I just can't wait to get out there on the open road. More
