Meeting Don Scheffler at Bommarito Honda I was greeted immediately upon my arrival by Don Scheffler with a smile and firm handshake. Don answered all my questions and made himself available the following day for my husbands test drive of my chosen vehicle. The vehicle of our choice was made completely ready for sale for our visit in preparation for us to drive home with it. Don was very professional in our negotiations and we came to a decision to purchase quickly. Just to let you know we had been to 4 other dealerships and Don was by far easier to deal with. AWESOME Car buying Experience!!! We were shopping for a car and was actually going to purchase a brand new car from another dealer. When we got there to pick it up with the check in We were shopping for a car and was actually going to purchase a brand new car from another dealer. When we got there to pick it up with the check in hand, the car was not ready for us to our satisfaction. The car was covered in water spots and the salesman even said he cleaned up the "rocks". We were told this is how it would look after it went through a car wash and we were not sure why a new car would need "rocks" cleaned up. After hearing this, we opted to walk away. By chance I e-mailed Sue Doyle at Bommarito. From the first correspondence to the last, the process was very easy and professional. She was even able to change an order around so we could get the exact car we wanted with the color of exterior and interior that we preferred. Never have we received this kind of service! The entire process was extremely easy. This time when we walked in to purchase with the check in hand, the price was what we had discussed, the color (exterior and interior) were perfect, the car was spotless, and there was no mention of rocks. Everything was awesome, Jason in finance was awesome as well!. From the beginning to the end - I would recommend Sue Doyle. We will definitely refer her to our friends and family!
