It took literally about fifteen minutes for the entire process, paperwork, etc. This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. The staff were all wonderful and friendly, Mike was very accomodating, he was able to get the vehicle I had been searching for without difficulty. He even took the time out to make sure I knew how everything worked on the inside and helped me set up programming on my new Civic Si before I left the dealership :) I will DEFINITELY recommend Bommarito to anyone and will DEFINITELY be back for my next purchase!! least stressful car buying experience ever! I called Aaron about the vehicle that he had listed on the website, just to make sure it was still there before heading to test drive it. When I arriv I called Aaron about the vehicle that he had listed on the website, just to make sure it was still there before heading to test drive it. When I arrivedwith my father he had alreadyit pulled around and was ready to let us take a look at it. After we test drove and scoured the vehicle for any major flaw, Aaron sat us down and reviewed the Carfax with us and disclosed everything they had done on the car, which was all backed up by paperwork. The whole process was painless! Aaron was very careful to disclose any fees before we started doing any paperwork so that there were no surprises. (there was only one, an "administrative paperwork fee") Jason in finance also did an exceptional job getting me financed quickly and painlessly. As painless as taking on debt can be anyway... :P More

Having learned this lesson though, I was confident I would not that kind of experience happen again. But this time, I simply got lucky, and for that i am grateful. I was very blessed to have Michael pick out a car for me, knowing what my budget was, and knowing that I could not go much other that! I really appreciated that! He also took the time to find out what I wanted out of a car and in no time he was able to narrow down a couple of cars that he thought would be best for me. He worked with us ALL day in order for us to drive out of there with a vehicle that we loved and could afford! The kiddos loved the free ice cream snacks and the movies to watch while we were there - it was a really long day for them...LOL! Josh was low key and easy to work with. He knows the cars and was able to answer my questions. When it came time to make the deal, he got me a fair price without a dozen trips to "talk to the boss" like so many other salesmen. He made sure all my options were installed and my car was ready to go the day I picked it up. I've waited to write this review just to see if there would be any problems, but it's a Honda, so no problems. Thanks Josh & I'll be back once I'm ready for a new car. More
