Even though our visit was late on a holiday, everyone treated us as if we were welcome guests. In particular, Mike Knollhoff went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. With Mike, it feels more like he's working for you than for a large dealership. Guy Taylor in finance then took the ball, found us a great rate, and whisked us through the paperwork in record time while carrying on a friendly conversation as we signed all the papers. Add it up, the best cars (Honda's) the best dealer network (Bommarito) and the best customer advocate (which Mike really is) and you have no reason to leave without a smile on your face. More

Mike was incredibly polite and instantly tuned into what was important to us. Mike presented us with all of our options (buy used, buy new, lease) and we settled on a new 2014 Accord. The most stressful part of making a large purchase for me is typically the price negotiation. Our purchase was absolutely stress-free. The combination of a reasonable trade credit, great price on the new vehicle, and an easy finance process made for a great experience. Mike followed up after the sale to make sure we didn't have any additional questions. About a week after getting the car we received a tin with a batch of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted and a nice note from Mike and team. We will definitely be directing our friends and family to visit Mike @ Bommarito when they are due for a new Honda! Side Note: We had a crummy experience with another local dealer's finance department - you aren't supposed to remember the finance guy! Jim Fincannon @ Bommarito was awesome and really capped off the full experience in a positive way for us. More

Great guy, great car (hopefully) I bought a car from John Hart and he was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. I dealt with 6 dealerships in two days and I bought a car from John Hart and he was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. I dealt with 6 dealerships in two days and John stood head and shoulders above the rest. For example, I traded in my old car and although I thought I cleaned everything out, I had forgotten a necklace that I have had since I was 7. John made sure I got it back, when many probably would have just thrown it out. Next time I need to purchase a vehicle (I bought a Honda so hopefully it's not for many years) the first man I contact with be John. Give the man a raise! My only complaint was that the paperwork took forever (at no fault of John's), therefore, if there is anyway to streamline this process please do so. More

First of all, the staff was extremely easy to work with, and I didn't feel like they tried to push my decisions one way or the other. (What a welcome relief from typical car salesmen!). They were friendly, and knew a ton about the products they were selling. They were patient, listened well, and did everything within their power to make sure I left 100% satisfied. It was quite obvious that being the best was their objective, and I would say they met that expectation fully! Second of all, they sell a quality product I could not be any happier with. I'm glad I went with them and didn't let myself settle for less! You are missing out if you go anywhere else!!! More

Great experience! Sorry to break to you but "used car salesman" is a derogatory phrase... And for a good reason. Because of that I dread going car shopping. Not only were the people at Bommarito not like the stereotype but they were the opposite. Personable, not pushy, polite- a real pleasure to deal with. Everyone we dealt with was awesome! The little area that they have for kids was just what the family needed to help the process go smoothly. Thanks, guys! More
