But Mike Knollhoff made a real difference!! He clearly went beyond all the expected services from a sales person and always made sure we were satisfied and had no doubts or problems with the new car.. We had to contact him late one night & he not only responded the call but also tried to solve everything for us!!! Mike is definitely someone who walks his talk!! When I started shopping for a 2014 CR-V, I requested information via the web to many area Honda dealerships. Sue Doyle gave me the exact information that I requested promptly.We spent a Saturday afternoon test driving and meeting with Sue. We ended up driving home that day with our first Honda. I emailed her with a question that night after the dealership was closed and I received an immediate response from her. We will definitely recommend Sue to our friends and family. Josh was also wonderful to work with in the Finance Dept. The service area is beautiful & clean (I never thought I would ever say that about a Service wait area). The Service technician, Jake, was so polite and attentive when I had my new car there the following week to get some options added. Free bottled water, Starbucks coffee and ice cream! More

It had been over 10 years since buying a new car for me, quite frankly I was dreading it. I shopped several dealers in the area, looking at different makes/models.
