Our experience was great. We meet Ian through friends who recommended him to us. We were in and out of the dealership in two hours which included negotiations and financing. We bought our other car here several years ago and my wife has been very happy with her Accord and the service, so when I decided I wanted a Honda CR-V I decided to check this dealership out again. I talked to Mike briefly and decided to go back the next week and see if they could get me what I wanted at a good price. While talking to Mike about what I wanted I did not feel any pressure and felt they were trying to get me what I wanted at a price that left us both feeling good about the deal.
