My first purchase was a 2017 Altima and I worked with Mark Eversgerd. The process was seamless and Mark is extremely professional and personable - not to mention just fun to talk to. Last week I was hit on my commute in to work and the Altima was totalled. The same day, Mark had heard about the accident (I'm guessing from the finance team reaching out) and he called me to ask if I was okay. It wasnt a sales pitch. Not talking me into getting back in to see him soon. Just to check on me. That call made an incredible impact as I knew I was dealing with not only a great salesman, but a really good person. I met with Mark again, 3 days later and he helped get my family into a new 2019 Rogue - listening to our needs and how things changed since the Altima and getting us in the best fit for us as a family and for our budget. I love Nissan products, but their people are just as quality. If you're on the market, it would be a mistake not to at least stop in and see how they can help. 10/10 experience.
