I was given a very fair price on my trade in and after a little negotiating we agreed to buy it. Absolutely loved working with the finance person. He clearly laid out all the options and even worked with us to make it a little more affordable to get a higher tier warranty. And I loved the convenience of signing on the DocuSign. Also, definitely enjoyed snacking on some ice cream while waiting. 10/10 love that More

Great Experience with Tedd I went in to purchase an used Hyundai sedan. Tedd was extremely helpful throughout the process. I had read the other reviews about Tedd on various websites before I went to the showroom and had specifically asked for him when I walked in. I would say the overall experience was nothing but great. He made sure that I came in back to the dealership after I left, with constant to and fro communication. There are certain things which could be improved like reducing the wait time for the customer, and not compelling to finish the deal within a day. However, these were just minor issues, and the overall experience was definitively smooth. Tedd was responsive for any of the questions that I had. All in all, I would say they have secured a customer who would return to their dealership and recommend their dealership to others, because of their wonderful service :) More
