This place far exceeded our expectations! My dad and I visited to test drive a couple cars I was looking into, but we really had no intention of buying here. Frank and his team charged my card for over $200. I provided all docs they said were needed. They still could not explain why they had to charge my account. While providing docs they requested; they re provided all docs they said were needed. They still could not explain why they had to charge my account. While providing docs they requested; they refused to return emails, voicemails etc.My wife and I both reached out to himself and his manager, several times. Nobody returned our attempts. I have reported this to the BBB. More
