This was my first “new” car that I would own, and Mark was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He listened to what I really wanted and came up with the perfect car at a great price for me. With starting a family soon, we knew beige cloth seats wouldn’t work, and the car I had my heart set on only had that option. Mark suggested swapping out the cloth for leather (which came in at a very reasonable price), and now I have my dream car. When coming back to get the seats reupholstered, it was done within 24 hours and they even filled up my gas tank & washed my car for me. Truly exceptional service, and I will definitely be referring friends & family to Mark E. in the future! More
