I was trading in a 2017 Elantra The entire team at Bommarito Nissan, especially Chris Colesworthy, went above and beyond during my car buying process. I was trading in a 2017 Elantra with quite a bit of overhead on the loan and had shopped around pretty extensively. From the minute that I spoke to Chris over the phone I was impressed with his level of service. I explained my situation, where I would like my payments to be, down payment, etc. He immediately took an interest in finding out what vehicle would fit my needs, but was completely open to hearing my "wants" list too. Instead of turning me away for the $6,000 negative equity on my trade he made the suggestion of purchasing a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue - Sport due to rebates and awesome pricing. I would not have even thought of this myself! He was even present during the finance portion of the process to ensure that my payments were kept where I wanted them (ending up being within $5 of my goal). Answered my questions, was personable, and very knowledgeable. Several staff members of Bommarito Nissan have even followed up with my since my purchase - including a "thank you" gift in the mail. The service is exceptional. I am definitely going to be making all of my future car purchases at the Bommarito stores and have already referred several friends to Chris for future purchases. More
