Good Online Buying Experience I will start off by saying that I really think that Tesla has it right when it comes to selling cars. But since I cant afford a Tesla, Bommarito is t I will start off by saying that I really think that Tesla has it right when it comes to selling cars. But since I cant afford a Tesla, Bommarito is the next best thing, lol. I found my Nissan NV Passenger van on the Bommarito website and Tyler is a great job answering all of my questions via email. I was able to completely negotiate this purchase online without a) stepping into the dealership or b) talking on the telephone. This is quite impressive since, in my experience, many dealers try to convince online shoppers to either talk on the phone or visit in person. This never made much sense to me... I feel like if a company does business on the internet, then they should actually DO the business on the internet! Anyways, I was pleased that Tyler respected this and never pushed to get my phone number, etc. After negotiating the price, I secured my own financing and Tyler made sure that the vehicle was prepped for pickup. The actual visit to the dealer lasted less than 1 hour as all I needed to do was sign the paperwork and write a check. More
