Todd puts the customer first, makes sure he is finding you the best deal. I have been dealing with Bommarito Nissan since 1998. When leasing one of my previous vehicles I had an awful experience with the salesman, vowing that I would never deal with Bommarito again. Todd changed my way of thinking, understood the issues that arose during the previous lease. He went out of his way to correct things that he could. So since then I have decided to stick with Bommarito Nissan. Will be dealing with him soon so I am not so apprehensive in returning. He even went out of his way to help my daughter obtain the best deal on trade in and buying another Altima. Doing my lease and her transaction all in the same day. What a long day!! But he stayed until the end, even though he had an engagement to attend. Would very highly recommend Todd! More

Too many irons in the fire My family and I recently purchased a new Maxima at Bommarito. I spoke to Todd several times throughout the week leading to our trip to St Louis and e My family and I recently purchased a new Maxima at Bommarito. I spoke to Todd several times throughout the week leading to our trip to St Louis and even told him what time we would be there. We knew the exact car we wanted and were ready to come in, sign papers, and leave. Instead we spent close to 4 hrs waiting for Todd to do other deals. He would rush in, say a few words, and then rush out. There were several others sales people sitting idly at the desks so I know the whole dealership wasn't that busy. It's disappointing to have a prearranged meeting and then be treated poorly. I expected more... As if to say "don't tell on me", Todd came out at the end and told us not to fill out the survey from Nissan if it wouldn't be positive. Really?!? More

OH YOU WERE APPROVED JUST COME ON IN SO I GO IN AND AFTER DOING A LOT OF WAITING AROUND AND EVERYONE THERE LOOKS LIKE THEIR ARE PISSED OFF THEY HAVE TO BE AT WORK GEOFF TELLS ME THAT OH WOW THE HONDA GUY HAS A THE KEYS HE IS TRYING TO SEE THAT CAR YOU WERE APPROVED FOR TO SOME OTHER GUY, BUT HE HAS BAD CREDIT. SO CAN YOU WAIT AROUND FOR AWHILE.. AWHILE LATER HE COMES BACK AND SAYS YEAH THAT GUY IS GETTING THAT CAR, BAD LUCK FOR YOU HUH? WORST WORST WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THEN HE LEAVES FOR LIKE 20 MINS COMES BACK SITS DOWN. NEVER SHOWS ME ANOTHER CAR NOTHING JUST SAYS WELL YOU AR APPROVED BUT WE ARE GOING TO NEED $1500 WHAT!?!?!?!?! YOU BRING ME HERE AFTER IGNORING ME, CRUSH MY HOPES OF GETTING THE CAR I HAD BEEN PREAPPROVED FOR, FAIL TO SHOW ME ANYTHING ELSE AND THEN TELL ME YOU WANT MY MONEY!?! YOU GUYS ARE SO INEPT THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE ATE THAT 1500 BUCKS AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS!!!! WHAT JERKS!!! NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SOOOOOOO RUDELY IN ALL MY LIFE!!! NEVER EVER NEVER!!!! Additionally, Ian Bellerson, one of the Service Advisors in Bommarito Nissan's Service Department has done an outstanding job handling all of our vehicles periodic maintenance needs which in turn has kept each of our vehicles operating for a very long time. To this date, our 2005 Frontier, 2006 Titan and 2011 Xterra are all in great condition. When the time comes to upgrade to a new Nissan or any brand sold by the Bommarito Group, Todd can rest assured he'll be the first one we call. More
