When I first approached Bommarito, I was treated negatively by a middle aged man, Gary or Greg. He was dismissive of my questions and wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. He told me to go to the website to have my questions answered. Questions being “what’s the difference between the XLE and the Limited? What’s the average gas mileage, what’s the price difference?” I left, I did additional research online and I reached back out to the dealership and asked for a new sales associate to continue with my purchase. I was sent to Rachel who was compassionate, answered all of my questions in regard to the car, financing, down payments, trade in, warranties, and features available. We ordered a new Grand Highlander meeting my specifications and budget and she walked me through every step of the process of this new big life purchase for me and my family. Once the car arrived she spent over an hour and walked me through setting up the car, all the buttons and features, and even answers post questions a couple days later when I was confused about a feature. She has gone above and beyond just “selling a car” to make sure that I am comfortable and happy with my purchase. Rachel is absolutely everything a sales associate should be when purchasing a vehicle. Ask for her. Buy from her. We will go back to her, wherever she is, when we are ready for our next purchase because we know 100% we will be taken care of. More

We walked into Bommarito Toyota and were immediately connected with Rachel. Rachel was friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car, in understanding all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of, and in getting us a great deal on our old vehicle that we were trading in . She was clear that the waiting could take up to 4 months (other dealerships had mentioned the same thing too). But Rachel kept in touch and believe you me, she got us a brand new car in 1 month! Better still, she collaborated with Tim to ensure we had all our questions about a new car answered. Tim took the time to help us get acquainted with the Toyota App. It was a new level of experience to see two salespeople working collaboratively rather than competitively. Tyler at the finance department helped us to seamlessly work through financing and was extremely patient with our two kiddos - 1 year and 3 years old. I couldn’t recommend Bommarito Toyota enough. Tommy is first class in service, and he is someone I would recommend ALL of my Toyota friends to. Toyota has upped their game - if you are in the market for a new car, I would ALWAYS recommend a Toyota, whether its a car or truck. I am and ALWAYS will be a Toyota consumer and I have found my new go to guy with Tommy Toyota!!! Thank you Tommy for your help and GREAT customer service - I will never go anywhere else!!! I found Dan to be rude. I recently bought a car I have not even had the car 2 months and 2 of the sensors fell out. He informed me that he can tell there was bumper work don I recently bought a car I have not even had the car 2 months and 2 of the sensors fell out. He informed me that he can tell there was bumper work done on the car. He then proceeds to tell me someone pushed the sensors out. When this was brought up to the sales manager the cost was covered at 100%. Minus my diagnostic fee (which I feel should be refunded seeing as this was a problem not fixed prior to purchasing the vehicle). While fixing the car they notice 1 of the other sensors was anchored wrong, so they repaired that one as well. When asked about the refund for the diagnostic fee he kept being adamant that someone pushed the sensors out. Common sense let's us know that all of the sensors were probably installed wrong with the bumper work when it was repaired. But the fact that he kept going back and forth with me really annoyed me. I was always taught with customer service the customer is always right. And who just walks up and push the sensors out of people cars. He comes off as a sleezy car repair man. I hate I will have to.deal with him regarding my car in the future. And they still have not refunded me my money. I appreciate that the used car sales manager Sonny heard my complaint, he is the reason the sensors were replaced free of charge. However I felt like he went to Brandon who sold me the car because he felt like I shouldn't be calling him. So I call Brandon regarding getting a refund and he states that Sonny says I need to contact the service department which I can appreciate that, he did his part I guess. I reach out to Chris the service manager and he can't return phone calls. It's realy simple if you ask me, for the price of that car I should not be spending that much money on it. It's not even 3 months old. More
