He listened as we described our need, put his finger to the side of his nose, and led us to our new car while walking by and explaining why this one or that one was not quite right. He stopped held out his hand and introduced us to the Mazda CX-5 we would be driving home as soon as it could be readied. The necessary repairs set in motion and paperwork complete Dave patiently overcame each obstacle. When the car was ready he sat in the car trading stories and patiently explaining the features of our newest auto. More
