Immediately approached by sales rep Muhammad, I was trying to push him off by saying im here to hear about the email offer. He explained what it was about and asked me who I came to see (most reps don't care and just try and get the sale). I told him the rep name but said he can show me to the vehicle. After browsing a few options of what I was looking for I was going to leave but he insisted on a test drive to make sure if I move forward that it the right car; test drive was very smooth so I went inside to talk numbers. Long story short, the entire crew from Manager James Cubbage, Muhammad Shaikh, and Mr. Finance Austin Chamness, were amazing and made sure I had the best experience at a dealership, which I did. I never left a review for a dealership because my experiences were sub par but this one was THE BEST! More

Stress free, smooth, very professional I've been looking for a Chevy 2500 HD for a while now. Found this one at Bomnin listed at a very competitive price. Was expecting the typical, "Well, I've been looking for a Chevy 2500 HD for a while now. Found this one at Bomnin listed at a very competitive price. Was expecting the typical, "Well, that internet price reflects some rebates or incentives that you may not qualify for." But, not the case, the price advertised was the price I was given. No haggle price on this vehicle. My salesman, Rod Kidd was great. Nice guy, low pressure and very professional. Definitely recommend doing business with Bomnin Chevrolet. More

Horrible Service!!! So I called Thursday to see about dropping my truck off the following week to be looked at on Wednesday they said no problem. I called up there Thursday because I haven’t heard anything for a couple days. Friday rolls around and my truck is still sitting in the lot haven’t even been looked at. I pick it Friday afternoon pissed off because I made an appt a week in advance and am now told they can’t look at it for another 5 days! I took the whole week off work to have my vehicle that I bought certified used at a Chevy dealership to be serviced. How would you feel is my question?? And this is not the first time this has happened it’s like the third. But it will be the last I will never bring my truck up to this place again and will NOT be purchasing my new Silverado in the future from these guys!!! Someone needs to be fired for this incompetence and no a loaner vehicle is not the solution I called up a week in advance to have my vehicle serviced what happens when someone comes in for an oil change does it take a full week??!!!! I’m still pissed off about this and yes my trucks check engine light is still on with a emission inspection due next month!!! More

Love my new truck and feel like I bought from an honest deal Just recently bought a 2018 suburban premier. I had been to other dealerships and had done my homework. I felt like I didn't have to haggle to much to get to the price I was comfortable with. I told them what another dealer had offered and they beat it by almost $1,000. In and out fairly quick. The team was easy to work with and the management was very friendly. I'm a very impatient person and I was in and out in about 3 hours. To me that's a smooth transaction. When returning the next day to drop off my check from the bank everyone was super friendly and once again it was very quick. Very pleased with Bomnin Chevrolet. More
