All Around Great Saleswoman In April 2014 I went to Bonneville to lease a new vehicle as my current Jeep Grand Cherokee was 7 years old and was pushing close to 200,000 miles. I spoke to Eleni Samaras and she provided me with comprehensive and efficient information and helped me find the Jeep that was best for me between price and quality. I ended up leasing a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it. Eleni was thorough with the information and showed me how to work everything in the car. However, her service did not stop there. Recently I locked my keys in my car and called to see if she had a spare. She immediately called Chrysler to see if they could unlock the doors remotely. She helped me reach a quick and successful resolution. Again, her service did not end there. She reached out to me after the issue was resolved and offered to come help me set up a UConnect app with my iphone so if the same issue ever arose again, I would be able to unlock the car from my phone. I have heard of many places being called a "full service" dealership, but Eleni truly exemplifies what that means. I plan to visit her the next time I need a new vehicle and recommend all family and friends to do the same. More

Car was upgraded as promised (great service team!), and when we had a few minor problems later, the entire team (special thanks to Kelli Lemons) continued to treat us as valued customers. If we didn't live so far away (1hr.+ travel time), I'd definitely return for routine servicing. I also have to mention that this is the first American car I've ever owned - if all dealers and their staff were as responsive and helpful as these folks, I'd have to consider abandoning Toyota! From my initial contact with Mike Duval (sales), through my meeting with Jay Miller (finance), everyone was polite, professional, and up front. No pushiness or exaggerated claims. Mike did everything humanly possible to make sure I was well informed and taken care of. In addition, Mike stayed with me well after his "shift" ended and also came in on his day off to make sure I was properly served. Excellent customer service.
