Tom Beaudin, Salesman - Was GREAT I went to Bonneville & Son Dodge, Manchester NH because we needed a cheap 2nd vehicle. 9yrs ago we purchased a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan from them (Sal I went to Bonneville & Son Dodge, Manchester NH because we needed a cheap 2nd vehicle. 9yrs ago we purchased a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan from them (Salesperson - Mike Raymond) and the vehicle has been great and the service done at Bonneville had been top notch. My son has also purchased a few vehicles from Bonneville and has gotten some great deals & service. Salesperson, Mike Raymond unknowing to me was on vacation, Tom Beaudin came over to me, explained Mike out, but could he help me. I said I always deal with Mike, Tom called Mike on his cell, I spoke with Mike, who said Tom would be able to assist me and that they work together. So I continued with Tom Beaudin explaining that I have bad credit, not much money to put down and that I had seen on their online inventory a 2002 $3,000 as is vehicle. Tom was very honest with me and explained that the $3,000 vehicle was in a little tough condition and because of age, mileage, and my credit - it would be almost impossible to finance. Tom searched inventory looking for something that he could get me into within my financial condition. Well Tom was the bomb, he found me a 2007 Kia Spectra with only 46,000 miles in almost perfect condition. Tom worked hard with their Finance Dept and was able to get me a loan - no $ down and basically within my monthly payment requirements. Tom had the vehicle put through the Service Shop for a complete check over, NH state inspection, oil change etc. Then the Recon Dept did their majic - Detailed vehicle inside & out, looked like a brand new car!!!! It has been a week since I purchased the car, it has been GREAT!!!! Thanks Tom for all of the extra you did to get me into this car. More

I was originally put off by the response I received from Bonneville from a Gloria Prosper, as she did not answer the questions I had, and was only willing to direct me to and older car, or a model with less options. We decided to to visit anyway, as they were close, and had the car I wanted in stock. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Dany Elnar, who helped us through the purchase of the vehicle. Throughout the negotiation process, Dany was professional, helpful and very friendly. Did not seem like the typical high-pressure salesman - very willing to work with us. We ended up purchasing the car for a fantastic price, and Dany made sure we understood everything about the car, end encouraged us to reach out to him with any questions. The only disappointment I have is that it appears that the dealership somehow'split' the sale between Dany and Gloria - because she was the first person to respond to my email -- even though she did absolutely nothing to help, and Dany spent a few hours with us. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely return. More

I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler, had done my homework, and knew exactly what I wanted in the vehicle. Working with them via e-mail initially, they were only too happy to answer my questions and put up with my numerous requests in search of the right vehicle. It turns out that the vehicle had to be ordered, but I was able to negotiate a competitively priced deal without setting foot in the dealership. Once the order was placed, Rodney and Gloria were highly responsive and kept me informed of my vehicle's progress. Upon delivery, Gloria gave me a tour of the dealership, did a fantastic job of processing my paperwork in a prompt and courteous manner, and walked me through the features of my new vehicle. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I have since returned to the dealership for accessories, and will definitely return for needed service. Great job to the team at Bonneville & Son! More
