We were impressed with the vehicles and decided to go forth in purchasing one. Tom went right to work and came through and got us into a beautiful Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab. We didnt even have to go back and forth on pricing or down payments or anything, we didnt even have to deal with any pressure from any one else coming to us and telling us if we do this or we do that then we(the dealer) can get you into this. No nonesense to be had, we loved it. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, and when I got to the dealership I was greeted right off the bat by smiling faces and helpful personnel. I was introduced to Gloria and she was so friendly. She took me out for a test drive and answered all the questions I had. Knowing that the car we test drove wasn't exactly what I wanted, she searched and found the exact car I wanted. The finance department nailed my payment with no hassle and it was a smooth hassle free process. When the car arrived, the dealership prepped the car that day so I could take delivery that night. We were disappointed in the dealer that is located in our town, and decided to head to Bonneville in Manchester, NH. Every person we spoke to was friendly without being overbearing, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The sales rep we worked with was Michael Raymond, he was open, honest, extremely friendly and got right to the point! We didn't have to haggle over pricing, he offered his best shot, and it was great. I am looking to purchase another new vehicle this year, and will return to Bonneville, and to Mike Raymond, to make the deal. Overall, the customer service at this location are impeccable. We also spoke to the finance manager, Rob Hemond, and although we didn't finance our veh, he was very friendly and helped us choose a service plan that suits our needs. There wasn't one employee that we encountered that didn't ask if we had everything we needed. I noticed that every potential customer that came in was treated in the exact same manner. More
