From the start the service at Bonneville and Son (Jeep) was excellent. It really was a pleasant environment. Her desire to understand what my likings in a jeep were was always her primary focus....the level of service and her ability to be contacted for questions was always important to her which was reassuring. The sales manager, Mike Fortier, also displayed a great level of patience throughout the transaction. His primary focus was to understand what I was looking for in a jeep and meet that desire. He is a great resource to have a dealership based on his knowledge of the vehicle business. It's clear that Mike multi-tasks all day at work, and offers assistance anytime of the day. Pat was great. He has a lot of good stories about his horses. He spent the day with my wife and I and we never felt rushed. We test drove at least 3 used Grand Cherokee's. We even left and came back after lunch - "NO PRESSURE, we'll hold the car for you" and they had other customers too. They had a great selection of cars and all were very well conditioned. I'm a very technical person and asked a lot of questions (some I already knew the answers) and Pat knew the product inside and out. This is my second car from Bonneville and both were late model used vehicles. We are very happy with them and we drive the heck out of them. We go all over camping, hauling kayaks, lots of back roads, and of course they serve as daily drivers. We plan to do some light towing with this one. My bank rejected my check but they still let me take the car home and we straightened it out on Monday with no hassle or charges. Mike Fortier is a true gentleman. More

This time i was trading in a car my wife loved so the deal needed to be a good one. And the vehicle needed to be something that would fit both her and myself. The salesman came out and asked us if he could help us and what we were looking at ( Larry Pinard ) and remember what I said we had a car my wife loved and I can tell you happy wife happy life. So i was actually just feeling her out to see if she would be willing to make the trade. But when Larry approached both of us he wasn't pushy and he was willing to show us anything we wanted to see he didn't try to push us into the most expensive vehicle. I'm in sales and I can't stand the pushy salesperson. I got the exact opposite he gave this information let us try various vehicles. And help us make an informative decision. In fact Larry was one of the major reasons we purchased our 2012 Grand Cherokee Limited from Bonneville &Sons. You will get the service from them, I know they treated me well when I purchased my last vehicle from them. I would definitely tell people to go to Bonneville & Sons and when you do I would recommend asked for Larry Pinard, if he's not working the day you stop by or he's finishing up with someone else. you will be happy that you waited to speak with them.
