My experience dealing with Gloria Prosper has changed my slanted view of car sales professional. I say professional as that is how Ms. Prosper handled every aspect of confirming the truck details and agreei slanted view of car sales professional. There were questions as to the options and Ms. Prosper said that she wanted to confirm with her own eyes and stated she would call me back. What occurred next is that Ms. Prosper called me from the truck and then went on to confirm every single option with zero hint of attitude and nothing but wanting to make sure that I was comfortable with the truck. The price negotiation took all of 60 seconds and the deal was done. There was an unfortunate situation in that I noticed a small dent in the hood along the curve. Ms. Prosper was instantly all over assuring me that this truck would be brought to factory spec and that they would not only take care of any and all issues that they would also put the car through a complete detail when I returned. During the technical details of all of the many features of my truck Ms. Prosper did and superb job of explaining the feature and how to operate. No small feat in that this truck has as much technology as anything out there on the road today. I want Ms. Prosper to know that she did a tremendous job building my confidence in her and in the deal. I am a very seasoned high tech Director of Sales and I hire and train sales professionals often. Ms. Prosper established the critical aspect very quickly that won me over - she established her credibility as a sales professional that knows everything about the product she is selling and she does it in a way that is absolutely professional. Kudo's to Ms. Prosper. When I need to buy another vehicle I will be dealing with Ms. Prosper. She is an asset and great ambassador for Ram and for Bonneville & Sons. Started out by chating to the online sales person. I wanted to find out if the dealer still had the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly directed to a sales person. This person had the vehicle i was interested in up front for me to look at. I did not have to search the lot and I was quickly given a test drive. Michael Raymond was my sales person. I would reccomend Michael any day any time. He was quick and to the point, no bull, a bit of fluff, but not to much. I wound up buying the vehicle, got the price I wanted, and the trade I wanted. This was by far the best buying experince ever for me. I highly reccomend Bonneville and Sons. More

My wife and I visited Bonneville & Son looking for a new car to lease. Tim Hogan was the first salesman we encountered and invited us in to discuss the type of car we wished to look at and/or lease or new car to lease. We test-drove a 2013 Kia Soul and decided to lease it through this dealership. We came to this dealership because we have purchased four cars in the past and have always received outstanding salesmanship and service here. We also spoke with Semir Hasanovic, the Sales Manager, and Robert Hemond, the Financial Manager, who were also very friendly and informative and explained the leasing process, the monthly payments, and answered all of our questions. They reviewed various options with us. We were at this dealership approximately three hours and had an extremely good experience with these gentlemen.
