This past Monday my girlfriend and I purchased a used 2013 Four Winds 24C motorhome.We had been looking at several very used rigs that had either alot of miles,or were in poor condition considering the p 2013 Four Winds 24C motorhome.We had been looking at several very used rigs that had either alot of miles,or were in poor condition considering the prices the dealers were asking.We wanted a C class in a smaller size and were constantly being pushed toward larger ones.Since this is our first one and we will be towing often and only the two of us,we really didnt want anything bigger.We actually saw this one on Cinco de Mayo and stopped to look at it.The next day we looked it up on the website and contacted Gloria in the leasing department,arranged an appointment,took it for a test drive and parked it in our driveway..it looked great! Just what we were looking for.It was more than we were intending to spend,but we worked it out,made an offer,which was accepted without any counter offers(which I dont like doing).Gloria and Rodney handled all details with our bank and insurance company and our reservations about getting it ready for the season.The entire process was painless and professionally handled.I sold cars for 15 years and was a service advisor for 15 as well.I always treated customers with respect and the way I would want to be handled myself.This is why we purchased from Bonneville.They did exactly that! Very friendly, found chipped windshield as we looked at it before the contract was done windshield was fixed. Requested a remote starter be added, Larry Pinard added it to our contract. Then came back to tell us that it already had a remote start, removed it from contract. Lesser Dealership would have just pocketed the difference Overall a great experience... I called Mike stating it was time for a new vehicle. At the time, I owned a 2005 Jeep Liberty and was looking to upgrade to a newer model. My 2005 Jeep Liberty was not purchased from this dealership. By the time I got to the Dealership, Mike already had a list compiled of vehicles for me to check out saving me precious time. Mike had to step out, and Tom and Jay picked up the ball and started running. I left a dealership the same day with a 2011 Jeep Liberty with everything I wanted plus some! Tom & Jay listened to what I had to say and the reasons for my decisions. I did not have to haggle or banter back-and-forth regarding paperwork or warranty details. It is of my opinion that Bonneville & Sons as well as, their employees know the meaning of Customer Service. More

My experience dealing with Gloria Prosper has changed my slanted view of car sales professional. I say professional as that is how Ms. Prosper handled every aspect of confirming the truck details and agreei slanted view of car sales professional. There were questions as to the options and Ms. Prosper said that she wanted to confirm with her own eyes and stated she would call me back. What occurred next is that Ms. Prosper called me from the truck and then went on to confirm every single option with zero hint of attitude and nothing but wanting to make sure that I was comfortable with the truck. The price negotiation took all of 60 seconds and the deal was done. There was an unfortunate situation in that I noticed a small dent in the hood along the curve. Ms. Prosper was instantly all over assuring me that this truck would be brought to factory spec and that they would not only take care of any and all issues that they would also put the car through a complete detail when I returned. During the technical details of all of the many features of my truck Ms. Prosper did and superb job of explaining the feature and how to operate. No small feat in that this truck has as much technology as anything out there on the road today. I want Ms. Prosper to know that she did a tremendous job building my confidence in her and in the deal. I am a very seasoned high tech Director of Sales and I hire and train sales professionals often. Ms. Prosper established the critical aspect very quickly that won me over - she established her credibility as a sales professional that knows everything about the product she is selling and she does it in a way that is absolutely professional.
