I called a sales person to purchase a new vehicle. I was looking for a specific brand/model. I was told they didn't have any on site which was probably true. I believe in giving good news as well as bad. I was upset and called the Manager....again, still waiting. What does that tell you about sales?????? Apparently they don't need any new customers. On the other hand, I have had my last vehicle serviced there on several occasions nothing to do with the dealership and have had a great experience. They are great, helpful and work with you to resolve your concerns. Nothing to say about them except GREAT! So...buy a car somewhere else and take it there for service! More

Hello we recently bought a vehicle from this dealership & on the 19th we'll make 4 months and we already had to bring it in 7 times the sales is good but the service department is very very bad, they don't c on the 19th we'll make 4 months and we already had to bring it in 7 times the sales is good but the service department is very very bad, they don't communicate well at all and when you want to fine anything out you would half to go there yourself they don't keep you updated on anything and after all those time's the service department kept giving us the round around and anything was wrong with the vehicle they would come back and say oh there's nothing wrong but when we brought it to someone else oh boy there was something wrong with it i mean we have two small kids to think about riding in that vehicle & ourselfs and when the other service department tried to communicate with them they don't return there calls it's like what the ?? you know i mean we have better thing's to do with our time then to keep bringing it back well they might be fine to someone else but they been nothing but horrible to us. I called about a possible recall for my 1997 Dodge Neon - after finding out there weren't any I asked her about my problem. My Engine light is on and the code says it's the Radiator Fan Relay Control Circuit after finding out there weren't any I asked her about my problem. The worst thing I ever did was a buy a van here. The van has pulled to the right since Day One. I have returned it so many times I lost count. This is what they told me. 1. I have dealt with everyone. I asked to drive another van like it and they said NO> You tell me if you ever want to buy a car here. PLEASE save yourself the aggravation. I am still driving around in this nightmare that also had broken lights, interior door panels fell in, stalling due to catalytic converter which was no good, several front end alignments to no avail, engine light on, an dmore. Last time I went in screaming and they all practically laughed at me. IKE, the manager? and the service techs are the worst! I have had more rentals than you can imagine. I should have been a test driver for dodge products with all the rentals I have had. More

I brought my truck in for service for an item covered under warranty. After dropping my truck off the night before, I had to call them to find out if it was ready. The "service advisor" Ray B. quickly got me off the phone saying he would call me "right back" with a total because he "didn't want to leave me hanging"! After an hour of waiting I called back and got his voice mail. I left him a message and another 30 min. later he called me to inform me he had an estimate. His estimate was $2,200.00! Which included things I never asked him to check (I.E. - needs new brakes for only $456.00!?). It took them almost 24 hours from the time I dropped off my truck the night before until the time I was FINALLY able to speak to someone about my truck! The final straw was when they asked me if I wanted them to do the work still? Um hello? Do you have a secret group of elves that will complete the $2,200.00 worth of work in under 3 hours when you close for the day? GET REAL! Don't ever go to them for anything they are a bunch of crooks! More

I own a 2004 Dodge Neon SRT-4. During July of 2005 I drove through a large puddle xxxxxxx water into the engine of my car and destroying it. I had the car towed to Bonneville and Son, the dealership wh drove through a large puddle xxxxxxx water into the engine of my car and destroying it. I had the car towed to Bonneville and Son, the dealership where I bought the car. They took the car into their garage and told me that work would begin on it right away, and they offered me a rental car free of charge because I had paid for that service when I bought the car. They did not begin working on the car for a very long time, they say they were hassling with my insurance company but my insurance company tells me they authorized the work much earlier than it began and that Bonneville was lying. About three weeks after I had received the rental they called me to tell me that the rental would not be free and that I had to pay for it even though I accepted under the terms that I would not have to pay for it. Apparently this was because the damage done to my car was not covered under warranty, but I was never informed of this until later. I returned the rental shortly after I was notified that I would have to pay for it. Before returning it I took it to a local car was, cleaned it, and inspected it for any damage and the car was in perfect condition. After I returned it however they called me and told me there would scratches in the trunk and that I would have to pay an additional $800 dollars for that damage! I argued with them that the car was not damaged and they told me we would settle it when I came to pick up my car, which they still had not begun working on. I called them about once a week to check on the progress of my car and another three months went by before they had finished it, totaling four months my car was in the shop. When I picked it up they gave me the bill for $4351 dollars for the engine replacement (which my insurance company was going to pay for) but also added an additional $2065 for rental charges totaling $6416 dollars. I told them that I would pay for the engine replacement but would not pay for the rental because I accepted it under the terms it was free and that no damage was done to it. They could not furnish proof of this damage and at this point they had changed their story from scratches in the trunk to dents all over the car. When I asked why it was now dents instead of the scratches they originally claimed they said it was dents AND scratches. Despite taking the issue all the way to the general manager the out come was that in order for me to get my car back I would have to pay for the rental and the alleged damages. They were not willing to be the least bit flexible. As one could imagine I was outraged but with no other options I wrote a check for the rental, and they returned my car to me. When I got my car back I noticed right away that it was lacking a large amount of power so I pulled over to inspect it. I opened the hood to find that the air hose leading from the turbo to the engine had not even been reconnected! Being extremely reluctant to return to them I bought a socket set and fixed the problem myself. I noticed later the same day that some sort of horrible noise was coming from the engine and I still need to have this inspected to see what it is. I also notice that a fuse on the power cable for my sub had been blown even though it was in perfect working order before I brought the car to them. I replaced the fuse to find that my sub had also been blown along with one of my back speakers. I am sure these items were working perfectly before I brought my car to them as I take great pride in the condition of my sound system. The only way this could have happened is if someone who works for them screwed around with my system and blew the speakers. More
