Nick our salesman was awesome as usual!!! We have dealt with Nick Majeske since we started using Bouche as our dealership. If we call Nick with a question and he is busy with another customer We have dealt with Nick Majeske since we started using Bouche as our dealership. If we call Nick with a question and he is busy with another customer he always gets back to us soon as possible. Our family (my husband and I, daughters and grandchildren) now refer to him as "Nick, our car guy" He is a major asset to Boucher Buick GMC!!! More

Service needs to do better What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to deal with Alex the Service Manager was not a pleasant experience at all. No matter how little or big the job all customers should be treated highly. Not only did I feel belittled but I will not be returning. It’s sad because when I had to go back to correct some issues that were left on my vehicle, Chris was phenomenal and really went above and beyond but I wish that treatment was given all along from the others. It was too late. That location being so convenient it is unfortunate that I refuse to go back and risk another mishap. More

Oil change and rotation Service writer was a little arrogant. I asked to check tire pressures to 50lbs due to being oversized aftermarket size. He stated they wcould only f Service writer was a little arrogant. I asked to check tire pressures to 50lbs due to being oversized aftermarket size. He stated they wcould only fill to manufactor recommendations. I said just leave them alone then. He was just kind of a jerk acting like he knew more than me. On my way home I notice the tech took air out of my tires to 35. I am not happy about that. Next time I will stress not to touch the air pressure. Bf goodrich recommends 50lbs in my tires. Other than this experiance. I have always been extremely satisfied with Bouchers service. More
