Alex was clear, informative, straightforward, professional, curious and friendly. Have purchased probably 20 cars over the years. Alex knew as much or more about the vehicle than anyone I've purchased from. This was particularly impressive since the vehicle was used RAM 1500 (with 2,000 miles), i.e. a non-GMC brand.
