I wasn't informed about the diagnostic cost til 3 hours of me sitting there with no updates THEN dudes came in (1 cust 1 sales guy) and changed the channel while I was watching...I clearly didnt matter as of me sitting there with no updates THEN dudes came in (1 cust 1 sales guy) and changed the channel while I was watching...I clearly didnt matter as the guy mumbled about the view...seriously, cause there was women, racial or???? Just a handmaids tale of a moment. I was trying to get work done on existing vehicle as im ready to trade and buy new...it will NOT be Boucher...im good! More

Mark understood what my needs were and was willing to help in anyway he could.
