I purchased new all weather front seat mats through my GMC rewards program. Boucher Buick GMC installed them for me as soon as I picked them up at the service department. Dwight also vacuumed the front se GMC rewards program. Boucher Buick GMC installed them for me as soon as I picked them up at the service department. Dwight also vacuumed the front seat carpeting before installing them. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Very happy with extreme kindness and professionalism of all of the employees. Will never use their service department again. I regularly check my tire pressure #'s in the winter. I checked the morning of my oil change and tire rotation on 12/16, all numbers were working fin I regularly check my tire pressure #'s in the winter. After work was done, advisor indicates there's a problem with one of the TPMS sensors and it's $160 to replace. I later talk to service manager and his excuse is, well it could have been starting to fail when you brought it in. It was still working when I brought it in. More

I had a 10:00 appointment and when I got there they said the tires wouldn’t be in till 10:30. They offered to shuttle me home but I had no problem waiting a couple of hours. For some reason they took my Yuk the tires wouldn’t be in till 10:30. They offered to shuttle me home but I had no problem waiting a couple of hours. For some reason they took my Yukon to their Cadillac dealership to have the tires installed about 2:00 he came in and told me they were having problem having the tires seal. No way can it take 4 1/2 hours to install 4 tires. My guess is the tires didn’t arrive at 10:30. More
