Came in the morning to drop of my keys for a 7am service appointment. I was there 20 minutes before they technically open but doors were open. I was directed by the lady inside to go out to the service guys appointment. I was there 20 minutes before they technically open but doors were open. I was directed by the lady inside to go out to the service guys. The guy was very rude when I said I was here to drop of my keys. Stating to me “ yeah we’re not open till 7 so I’m not checking u in early. You can fill out the overnight form outside n drop them in the Dropbox. I guess just writing my name down quick n taking the key to enter my info when I was 7am was just to much to ask of a customer service representative. More

Recieved a 75k vehicle and the detail was minimal at least. Good first impression was not there. Delt with sales man through email... took 3-4 days which should of taken couple hours.
