I called ahead of time and asked if the staff would be wearing masks and was told they would be. Upon my arrival to the dealership I could tell I had been deceived. My last appointment back in April I had wearing masks and was told they would be. Upon my arrival to the dealership I could tell I had been deceived. My last appointment back in April I had a similar experience so I went to a different garage to get my service done, but thinking that maybe they were now taking covid seriously I have them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. Employees were engaging with each other without masks and had masks hanging below their shin or around their neck. Even in the inside waiting area people were waiting without masks. I had to ask my service person if anyone in my car could wear a mask (which is NOT too much to ask). But I have no faith they actually did that. I was so disappointed, I thought it would be better by now. I won’t be back. More
