purchased new truck didn't have the right truck on hand but did find what I wanted with the equipment desired. downside was the explanation of the services they sell alo didn't have the right truck on hand but did find what I wanted with the equipment desired. downside was the explanation of the services they sell along with the vehicle. after days of considering what I purchased decided to cancel the entire services originally purchased. For some as yet unexplained reason they can't tell me what is being refunded - they can certainly tell you what money they want up front but not what they owe you. Also if you want the services they want the money - now that I canceled it the money refunded must wait over a month although the services are not available immediately. Truck also completely died 10 days after purchase not because of anything with the dealership but quality coming from the factory. It took over a week to find the cause. More
