Took advantage of person on pain medication after accident. Poor service! Did not give me the vehicle I was asking and I was being treated for whiplash and back pain and the sales person would not le accident. Poor service! I asked several times and was kept being told to sit tight. Why the xxxx would they think I could afford a $45,000 vehicle??? I asked for an Equinox which is what I was driving (2018), there were 3 on the lot, but pushed me toward something I did not want or could afford. Now I am getting the run around when I did not want it in the first place! I have dealt with Pat McInerney for many years and purchased many vehicles but to be fooled into a vehicle I was just supposed "to take a look at" is unbelievable! I'm trying to heal and on pain meds but do they care? NO! Now they are not sure "they can do a trade in" and sell me a vehicle at 1/2 of the price. Nice job Boucher! Thank you for a whole lot of nothing. More
Mandated a paint protection package for $2k and did not give the entire GM employee discount. Unsavory dealership. I actually don’t believe the paint protection was ever applied to the vehicle as I see ab give the entire GM employee discount. Unsavory dealership. I actually don’t believe the paint protection was ever applied to the vehicle as I see absolutely no difference. I was told water would run off the vehicle and it does not. I will be getting this checked out by another dealer to verify. GM employee discount was cut short by approximately $3500 according to GM website. The issues keep coming. My advice would be to shop elsewhere. More

Service took a little longer than usual. I was shown a used cabin filter and air filter and told service tech recommended they be replaced. A few minutes later I saw someone show another cus I was shown a used cabin filter and air filter and told service tech recommended they be replaced. A few minutes later I saw someone show another customer what appeared to be the same filters. In the future I would rather be told based on miles/time they should be changed or the actual ones from my car. More

Mechanic recommended I replace my struts which had been just replaced with 30K mile struts 6 months prior. The struts were not leaking and were of good integrity. While I get it supply chain issues are a huge challenge right now, it took over 3 1/2 months to get the repair done. Every week I would get an update saying waiting on parts with no ETA available or it wou right now, it took over 3 1/2 months to get the repair done. Every week I would get an update saying waiting on parts with no ETA available or it would go back and forth between service and body shop or one other department. When I inquired about an early lease termination in response to a mailing I had received from Chevy, I was first told no problem, then passed around to two different sales managers. The last one whom I spoke to in person when I came in, I was told he needed to consult with service and would get back to me by the next Monday. I never received any type of follow up or return call on this as an option. This was well over a month ago I was told I would be contacted by the next business day. The quality of the repairs was great, but the level of service, especially from sales leaves a lot to be desired. Once my lease is up I will just returning the vehicle and looking elsewhere. More
