I waited almost 4 hours for my car to be diagnosed. My husband and I watched the mechanics from his car the entire time. No one was working on my car so I asked Joe when will it be done so I can go to My husband and I watched the mechanics from his car the entire time. No one was working on my car so I asked Joe when will it be done so I can go to work. He said the mechanic was not done inspecting. We went back to my husband’s car and watched for another 45 minutes with my car in the air. I eventually got fed up and asked for my keys back so I can go to work. Somehow Joe Magically found the mechanics notes diagnosing my car even though no one touched it for over an hour! It is a hassle getting a rental car even if I request it in advance, I’m always told no. since I live far away, I’m usually stranded at the dealership if my husband is unavailable. Thank you for demonstrating that my time is not valuable! An oil change takes multiple hours, whereas my husband’s Nissan dealership in Janesville takes 30 minutes and an hour to fix issues. I think I’ll take my business there. Very disappointed!!!!!! More
