People were very nice, my salesman Mike L. was some what off it seemed from the start. Texted me about the wrong vehicle to start, walked right past me after he was paged to talk to me. Didn't know there was the vehicle I was looking for was sitting right out side with dealer plates on it, if I wouldn't have asked him about it he would not have gotten the sale. Would have rather had a different sale person. More

Customer service sucks - I was told to use my panic button to find my car in the lot which was all the way at the end of the property. The rep told me she didn’t know who I was working with so therefor button to find my car in the lot which was all the way at the end of the property. The rep told me she didn’t know who I was working with so therefore could not tell me where to find my car, hence the recommendation to use the panic button. The problem here is she was the rep assigned to our service for the day. The bigger problem is as a customer I expect service, regardless of which rep is assigned my vehicle - that’s not for customers to have to deal with or know. I HATE this service department! More
