Had to wait a bit to check in, even though I had an appointment. Another member had to check me in. I did not receive a new sticker for my window to let me know when I need to be back. I wasn't given t appointment. Another member had to check me in. I did not receive a new sticker for my window to let me know when I need to be back. I wasn't given the free car wash, again. They overcharge for parts. I got a headlight at the auto part store recently for 12.99, then my other headlight went out and figured they can replace it. They charge $45 for the headlight not including the installation fee. More
