I made my appointment a month in advance, they were to do a recall and an oil change 2 days before my road trip across the country. They did not do my oil change! The last thing I needed before my big trip w a recall and an oil change 2 days before my road trip across the country. They did not do my oil change! The last thing I needed before my big trip was to deal with this last minute problem. The girl at the desk did not care. Gave me my keys, it was pouring rain- did not tell me where my car was in the lot! Never will go there again. More

I want to thank the Service Manager, Mr. Diez and his team for the exceptional service they provided. I am a resident of IL that was making a day trip to Wisconsin. My check engine light came on and th team for the exceptional service they provided. I am a resident of IL that was making a day trip to Wisconsin. My check engine light came on and they were able to get my vehicle in right away to look at it. They had to order a part that wouldn’t arrive until the next day so they provided me with a new vehicle to drive back home and then come back on a Saturday to pick up my vehicle. The service I received was absolutely first class. I would highly recommend buying a car from them just to have my vehicle serviced there! Great team! Thank you again! Steve More
