I brought my car in for its regular oil change and tire rotation and was tended to immediately. Nelson Vega was in charge of my services for this occasion and he thoroughly explained the process, led me to rotation and was tended to immediately. Nelson Vega was in charge of my services for this occasion and he thoroughly explained the process, led me to the waiting room where he made sure I was aware of snacks and beverages provided, and he took great care of my car overall. He gave me a review of the state of my car when he has finished, and even left me a pack of strawberry shortbread cookies with his notes in my car. Great service overall! More
