A bit frustrated that I was out of a car for a whole day, I was forgot about (I had to call at 5 to be picked up by the shuttle, when I should’ve been out of the shop by 5). Text messages weren’t answered and calls were not returned. I had to ask the receptionist to send someone to pick me up as the transfers were going to vm. Now one of the issues, concerning the light which I agreed to have fixed on that day, is no longer working. And I’m being told that I have to wait till the next opening which is a couple of weeks out. To drop the car for yet an entire day, again. Also now in retrospect, I’m wondering if I was recommended some work be done based on the current mileage of the car, since the engine was replaced only 60 k miles ago. This part isn’t a complaint. It’s a question. More
I requested trade in value analysis because I’m considering buying a newer car and never received it. When checking out I asked a 2nd time and still never received it. The Manager was/is great. The salesman, Alex G., would never call me back. I gave him several chances and called into him at least 5 times. I finally went in to talk to him. I am in sales and know that if he can’t understand how important the follow up, being good to your word, and interaction with customers is after the sale, then he shouldn’t be selling cars. We will purchase again because of Manager though. I believe his name is Ryan. He was spot on during the sale and corrected matters later on. We bought in November on 2020 and are still owed a back tray. I have held off writing this review because I don’t like giving bad feedback. Thank you for asking, Steve More
