She explained all the tech/features clearly and patiently which we appreciated since it was pretty advanced for us (older)buyers! While we did not purchase the Palisade from her main store, it was in the running until the end when we chose a Lincoln MKT from the Hwy 100 store. She was able to answer the majority of questions and concerns we had and those she did not know she got the answers easily.
