When I was looking for a new car and after reading reviews about Boucher Hyundai Of Waukesha I knew that was the place for me. After looking in the lot for cars we were handed over to Mike Loiacono. His communication with me throughout the process was wonderful. He was very respectful of the leasing terms (model, miles/year, monthly payment, etc.) that I needed to have met and really worked to get those needs met. In fact, Tom was able to work with Ryan, one of the managers, to not only get me the model, payment and miles I needed, but also a trim above what I had anticipated I would be able to get. That was in addition to paying hundreds less in up-front costs and about $1500 less in monthly payments than another local dealer had wanted to charge me for a more basic model. Additionally, Tom really took the time to explain all of the features on my new car. He never made me feel rushed and was very patient, wanting to ensure that I really understand the nuances of all the features and technology on the vehicle. Both Ryan, the manager, and Anthony in the Finance Department, were great to work with, as well. They were friendly, yet very thorough and professional. My experience with Tom, Ryan and Anthony really restored my faith in shopping for a car and exemplified what I would consider to be essential in creating Hyundai loyalty with customers. I will recommend this dealership and team to anyone I know in the market for a car! More
