Had land departure warning light and I was told that they didn’t find anything wrong with it and when I asked if they reset the warning, I was told they did. Turns out that they didn’t. Fred, the finance guy was nice but I always seem to have trust issues with the finance person and Fred was no different in that category. The difference between Fred and Darlene is that I feel Darlene has my back and truly wants to make a deal I am comfortable with and Fred just has Boucher's back. However, I will reiterate that Fred was a friendly person. Would have been really awful if he wasn't. And the lease negotiation wasn't the same as previously, not much leverage almost as though Hyundai doesn't want to do them anymore. Do they?? More
