His Boss (I believe) was a straight shooter telling us how it is without a run around and wasting our time. They were not to pushy with trying to get us finance threw them, which is great. The warranty you can buy threw them also seems like a good deal. Purchasing took awhile, which is typical but they offered drinks and a nice waiting area. The only negative was the vehicle was not detailed. It was cleaned with a car wash, wipedown and vacuum. They did send us off with a full tank of gas which is a good bonus and thoughtful! More
