The warranty you can buy threw them also seems like a good deal. Purchasing took awhile, which is typical but they offered drinks and a nice waiting area. The only negative was the vehicle was not detailed. It was cleaned with a car wash, wipedown and vacuum. They did send us off with a full tank of gas which is a good bonus and thoughtful! More

Long wait Everytime I have gone it they always tell me I don't have an appointment. Then they look around for 5 minutes and finally tell me 'oh yeah here it is' Everytime I have gone it they always tell me I don't have an appointment. Then they look around for 5 minutes and finally tell me 'oh yeah here it is'. It then will take a half hour just to get every checked in and discussed. Then I proceed to sit there four HOURS when it's something simple like an oil change. The waiting area is nice and has food and drinks but I'm always there for a minimum of 2 hours. They do nice work but the wait is quite ridiculous. More
