Dealership Lacks Customer Service/Satisfaction Our experience with 2 sales people was very disappointing. They refused to provide us with a $55 owners manual when we purchased a 2016 car for $62,00 Our experience with 2 sales people was very disappointing. They refused to provide us with a $55 owners manual when we purchased a 2016 car for $62,000. Would you consider this good customer service/satisfaction? One of the salesmen said he would buy us lunch the day we purchased the car. After reminding him twice, we are still waiting for reimbursement. However, Fred in finance was super. He had all the paperwork ready when we came to pick up the car. Do your homework, Again, the experience we had with the dealership providing customer service/satisfaction was unacceptable in our opinion. More
Fawn was amazing start to finish! We initially found the Palisade we wanted at another dealership and we took too long and it was sold by the time we decided. At that point, the transmission went out in our current vehicle and were in a panic. After calling numerous dealers, we got in touch with Fawn and she went above and beyond to make sure we weren't stranded until the one we wanted came in. She kept us updated weekly on the status of the Palisade and went thru every feature with us when we picked it up. I am actually thankful now for our initial problems that led us to Boucher and Fawn! After going to another dealership and having horrible customer service, a friend recommended Boucher Hyundai. I was looking for a Sonata. Nick and Dade were great!!! I told them we’re I wanted to be numb customer service, a friend recommended Boucher Hyundai. I was looking for a Sonata. Nick and Dade were great!!! I told them we’re I wanted to be numbers wise and Nick figured I could upgrade my car and still be where I was comfortable paying. Dade was extremely knowledgeable on the Sonatas features. For purchasing a certified Hyundai I got a Dyson vacuum as we as free maintenance first 15,000 miles. In a year or two my wife will need a newer car and we will be back. Thank you!!!! More
