The service schedule was fully booked for the next week and a half, but knowing my concern and time crunch, the team was willing to work with me to try to squeeze me in. I was greeted warmly by Dan and quickly and seamlessly ushered to Randy who was in charge of my particular service need that morning. Although we couldn't recreate my car issue, the team gave my car a thorough inspection, I was given a courtesy ride to and from my work, communication was excellent throughout the experience and their care of my car was completed by the time we agreed.
