Very disappointing Spent close to $900 and left with the same problem I had at the start. I had a road noise that sound like a bad wheel bearing. After inspection I was Spent close to $900 and left with the same problem I had at the start. I had a road noise that sound like a bad wheel bearing. After inspection I was told it was noise from worn tire. Now i have 4 new tire, an alignment and the same road noise. Obviously nobody at Boucher road tested the vehicle. That is just pure incompetence. More

Every time we came to the dealership we were greeted by staff and Chris Baker. He always remembered us. Asked how we liked our vehicle and how he could be of service to us. He answered all of our questions professionally and offered suggestions on our Car Care experiences and helped troubleshoot the Technology in the vehicle. Dont value clients Went to the dealership knowing exactly what car I was buying. Took 3 visits and nearly 6 hours of our time to get the financing they insisted we take Went to the dealership knowing exactly what car I was buying. Took 3 visits and nearly 6 hours of our time to get the financing they insisted we take even though they knew we already had financing. We played all their games and went with all their lies to get out as quickly as possible with the car but they have zero respect for people's time. Took an hour and forty minutes to go over features of car when we made it clear we didnt need to. Had an appt at 6pm to get our financing but wasn't seen until 7pm. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, the employees all openly blamed each other and had the nerve to blame a customer to us too. The whole experience was unprofessional, full of lies/manipulations and left us feeling disgusted every time we left. More
